Potto Sea. — Two Balls, horizontal, on Yard, on either side of Mast Note. — Semaphoro Arms are to be used for piloting Vessels over all Bars where a Pilot establishment is maintained, when Pilots aro not. put on board, and tho Vessel being piloted by tbe Semaphore is to be steered in the direction towards which tho Semaphore Arm is pointed. When tho Arm is dropped the Vessel is to be k'-pt as she goes. Manu'rau Harbor having soreral channels, Special Regulations will be issued by the Loe.il Authorities for Iho guidance of Vessels frequenting that Port, tmd strangers are cautioned ng.uust attempting to enter without a knowledge of these Local Regulations.
