"Bawl" Bearings
LONDON, Nov. 19.—The latest rise in prices in Britain affects perambulators and other baby carriages. As from November 21 they will cost parents 14i per cent, more, with the result that the average price of a good quality high pram with ball bearing wheels, mohair hood, and apron will be 18 guineas. Before the war the average price was £5 to £7.
