FRENCH WITHDRAWAL IN INDO-CHINA

SAIGON, Nov. 11 (Rec. 6 pm).— French troops yesterday evacuated a post. 11 miles north-west of the IndoChinese town of Mom-ay, on the Chinese border, near the gulf of Tonking, after a Communist attack.
