The skilful riding of the young competitors came in for some very favourable comment at the Rangitikei Pony Club's annual gymkana held on the Marton raceeonrse on Thursday. The branch competition resulted in a narrow win for South Makirikiri from Tutaenui by the slender margin ol half a point.
