Mr. Edgar G. Boyack, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. C. Boyack, of Wanganui, has been successful In gaining I his captain’s certificate (Merchant Marine) at the School of Navigation, . Wellington. Mr. Boyack was educat‘ed at the Wanganui Marist Brothers’ i School and the Technical College. I Mr. A. A. Duncan, Inspector of Agriculture in the Wanganui district, was welcomed by the chairman, Mr. K. A. Williams, at the monthly meeting of the Rangitikei Catchment -Board yesterday. Mr. Duncan succeeds Mr. A. R. Dingwall, who has been transferred to Christchurch.
