Overseas Co-Operation Invited By Mr. Holland
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PAL- - The following telegram has been sent by the Primo Minister Mr. Holland, to the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Pakistan. Canada, South Africa, Ceylon and Southern Rhodesia: “I desire to inform you that I have assumed office as Prime Minister of New Zealand. I look forward with pleasure to an opportunity of associating and collaborating with you in future towards strengthening the bonds of friendship and goodwill which have linked our countries for so long past, and towards the promotion of the interests of the British Commonwealth of Nations.”
