A new shipment of slippers, just in time for Christmas, has arrived at. Crichton and Newman’s. There are gay floral crepe styles with cushion soles that give a "walking on air” feeling. Some of the slippers are in quilted floral design. Colours are blues dusky rose, apple green and scarlet. One style are priced at 18s, quilted are 22s 6d, Neilson slippers, in all leather, with bow effect at the instep, and leather soles, are 30s 9d. All have Cuban heels.
