Wanganui Y.M.C.A. Ladies’ Auxiliary
A meeting o£ the Wanganui Y.M.C.A. Ladies' Auxiliary was held recently and was presided over by Mrs J. McDougal. After the minutes and correspondence were dealt with, reports were received concerning card afternoons, these being so popular that they will be continued next season. The annual shop day held in November netted over £5O without the aid of raffles or competitions. A sum of money was voted to the general fund, leawng a small balance in hand. This being the last meeting of the calendar year, season’s felicitations were exchanged between the president and members.
