TRICKY CONDITIONS FOR DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB’S COACHED TEAMS MATCH

A coached teams match took the place of the usual practice shoot at .300 yards, for the Wanganui Defence Rifle Club at the Putiki range on Saturday. A dull tricky light made conditions difficult and lower scores than usual resulted. The teams’ matcli proved interesting and instructive and was won by No. 2 with 770 points.
