Mr. Morrison’s Honour Appreciated By Harbour Board

Congratulations on the honour bestowed on Mr. W. Morrison, of Maxwell, by the King in the recent Birthday Honours were extended by the chairman, Mr. E. A. Millward, at yesterday’s meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board. Mr. Morrison was awarded the 0.8. E. Mr. Millward said that Mr. Morrison fully deserved the honour which had been bestowed on him. His work for local bodies, not only in Wanganui, but throughout the Dominion, was well known to all members of the board.
