TANKER ON FIRE AFTER COLLISION
NEW YORK, April 12 (Recd. 12.10 am).- -The tanker Pennsylvania Sun, 11,000 tons, is on lire after a collision with the freighter American Attorney, 7607 tons, in Delaware Bay, according to radio messages picked up by the Coast Guard. Rescue ships and a seaplane have been sent to the assistance. One message said the freighter had also caught lire, but the Hames are now under control. The only report of casualties said one man was missing and another report said there was danger that the tanker might explode. A seaplane which landed in waters near the ships radioed that both were burning at the bows. There was no indication of casualties and the missing man has been located.
