Polish Legation Secretary Resigns
OTTAWA, April 12 (Recd 7.40 pm). —Mr. W. A. Zbik, 35-year-old second secretary of the Polish Legation, announced today that he resigned yesterday because he would rather be “a hungry cat than a well-fed dog in chains.” Zbik, who has been in Canada since 1946, said he hoped to remain with his wife and young daughter.
