Writ Issued In The O’Keefe Case
MELBOURNE, Feb. 16.—A High Court writ was issued yesterday by the solocitors for Mrs. O’Keefe, the Indonesian woman who has been or- ; dered to leave Australia, naming the Minister of Immigration and the ' Commonwealth of Australia as de--1 fendants. i Thewrit claims that Mrs. O’Keefe is a British and Australian subject, that .she is not a migrant op a prohibited immigrant within the meaning of the I Immigration Act, anfi tht the proj visions of the Nationality and CitizenI ship Act do not refer to her.
