Mr. A. J. Scott has been elected chairman of the Christchurch Stock Exchange. The retiring chairman was Mr. Geoffrey Hamilton.
The board of directors of the National Bank of Australasia Ltd., has re-elected Mr. H. D. Giddy chairman. the Hon. Sir Frank G. Clarke, K.8.E., M.L.C., vice-chairman and Mr. F. E. Loxton, deputy chairman, for the ensuing year.
