Insurance Directors Paid £4000 A Year
AUCKLAND. Last Night <P.A ) A resolution increasing the remuneration of the directors of the South British Insurance Co. Ltd., to the sum of £4OOO a year was carried at the annual meetiig of shareholders. There are seven directors, including the chairman, Mr. James Morton. Formerly general manager of the company, he had been appointed to the board following the retirement of Mr. W. R. Wilson.
