RUHR COAL
APPEALS FOR BIGGER OUTPUT. London, June 6. The Allied and German authorities in the British and American zones made fresh appeals today for increased coal production and offered bigger incentives, as a result. of the recent disappointing output from the Ruhr mines. The average daily production, which has exceeded 300,000 tons, is now only 265,000 tons. During June every miner will receive 75 ounces of fats, compared with the normal consumer ration of 16 ounces
