N.Z. Bowling Shield Is Located
(P.A.) Gisborne, Jan. 27. Consigned by rail on January 7 frotfi Gisborne Dunedin, the Dominion championship fours shield is still in transit but it is expected to arrive In the southern city in the next day or two. The shield was won last year by G. Crowley’s rink of Tolaga Bay, which was eliminated in the postsection play on Saturday. On inquiries from Dunedin as a result of the shields’ non-arrival, it was learned that the trophy was loade-i at Wellington into an interisland coastal vessel, which was due to discharge at Lyttelton today. The shier 4 would be sent on to Dunedin by express.
