ECHO OF MANAWATU CUP INCIDENT (Special) Palmerston N., Dec. 28. The jockey John Garth, who rode Arco into second place in the Manawatu Cup at Awapuni on December 20, was charged before the judicial committee of the Manawatu Racing Club with causing interference with Gay Stroller.
