TARANAKI MEETING CONCLUDES

NEW PLYMOUTH HANDICAP WON BY DUNBAR (P.A.) Neew Plymouth, Dec. 28. The track was in good order yesterday after overnight rain for the second day of the Taranaki Jockey Clubs’ Christmas meeting. The weather was fine and there was a good crowd. The totalisator handled £46,420, compared with £48,375 on the second day last year. The total for the meeting was £98,271, compared with £101,114 10s last year. After the Atiawa Hack Handicap a protest was entered against the winner, Square Dink, by J. G.
