GENERAL MORGAN GETS DELAYED MESSAGE Recd. 6 p.m. London, Jan. 7. Lieut.-General Morgan has received a message—delayed for 50 hours—from the head, of UNRRA’s European office, General Sir Humphrey Gale, asking him to return to London, says Reuter’s Frankfurt correspondent,. The only trip LieutenantGeneral Morgan is at present contemplating is moving with the German headquarters of UNRRA on January 11 from Hoechst, near Frankfurt, to Arolsen. Lieut.-General Morgan’s entire staff to-day sent a message to Washington, reiterating confidence in their chief.
