COMBINED CARNIVAL FUND
Donations and receipts have brought the total received by the Combined Carnival Committee Up to £1313 13s 6d,» according to advice received from the secretary, Mr. E. S. Barnett. The committee is conducting a campaign to raise £25,000, the purposes be ng to provide a club-room for the Registered Nurses’ Association. to extend and improve the Wanganui R.S.A. premises, and to assist in building the Scottish Pioneers’ Memorial Hall.
