SUGGESTION THAT IT ACT FOR UNITED NATIONS
Recd. 8 p.m. New York, Nov. 12. The British Government, according to th(| “New York Herald-Tribune’s'' Washington correspondent, urged the United States to support a plan to make the International Labour Organisation the official United Nations Organisation Labour Agency, despite Russia’s opposition. Britain, Franco, China and America are reported to be in favour of the proposal.
