WANGANUI DETECTIVE TRANSFERRED
DETECTIVE-SERGEANT MURRAY After just over 14 years in Wanganui Detective-Sergeant J. J. Murray has been transferred in the Police Force to Nelson. Detective Murray came to Wanganui from Wellington as a detective in August, 1931, and apart from his efficient work as a police officer, has taken a lively interest in the welfare of the city.
