Recd. 8 p.m. London, May 27. The High Commissioner for New Zealand, Mr. W. J. Jordan, in a message to General Sir Bernard Freyberg, romniandhig the 2nd. N.Z.E.F. in Italy, says:— “The thoughts and prayers of New Zealanders in Britain are with you and all under your command in the great task in which you are engaged. Everyone has complete confidence in you and realises the enormity and responsibility of the undertaking.”
