TAWHERO GOLF CLUB
FLAG MATCH ON SATURDAY
Members of Tawhero Golf Club will play a Flag match on Saturday. With the course now in good order, and the new’ greens in play, the committee confidently expect the flag to be carried to the 22nd green on Saturday. Last Saturday’s “open” Medal game was won by F. Higgins, with the good score of 92-25-67. Best of the other were: J. Nimmo, 99-24-75; C. Summers, 87-11-76; W. McMenamin, 93-17-76; E. Done, 95-19-76; Mrs. D. M. Haggie, 97-20-77; J. Saltinstall, 97-20-77; E. Wilson. 97-20-77.
