NEW GRAVING DOCK

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES AT CAPETOWN Recd. 7 p.m. Capetown, March 13. The Minister of Railways, Mr. C. F. Sturrock, drove the <irst pile of the coffer dam for Capetown’s new graving dock, which will be the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, approximately 1200 ft. long and 150 ft. wide. Construction is proceeding day and night.
