PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT TO BROADCAST
Wahington, Sept. 26. President Roosevelt will make a speech on October 6 at 2.30 p.m. (New Zealand time) at the opening of the national community chest campaign, and his speech will be broadcast throughout the world.
