W.W.S.A. TRAINING
SPECIAL CLASSES CONDUCTED In order to improve the military bearing and discinline of members of the Wanganui W.W.S.A., WarrantOfficer J. Hammond is conducting a series of classes in the Drill Hall, which has been placed at the disposal of the W.W.S.A. by the Army authorities. Drill was previously held once a month in the . grounds of Queen’s Park School, but now general classes are being held every Tuesday nigh', and special classes to select n.c.o.'s are being held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Any member is eligible for the special classes and members will be given a course of intensive training with a view to selection as drill instructors. In the meantime, physical culture classes are not being held so tha' more time can be concentrated on the drill course.
