WAR IN BOSNIA
AXIS OFFENSIVE GUERRILLAS FALL BACK TO THE MOUNTAINS (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copy right . London, May 15. The Yugoslav Government in London reports that Italians, Germans, and Croats launched an offensive against I General Mikhailovitch’s guerrilla i forces in Bosnia some days ago. ; General Mikhailovitch. after inflicting | severe losses, fell back to the mountains, from which resolute resistance is continuing. Simultaneously with the Bosnian offensive, German and Bulgarian troops attacked in southern Serbia, where fierce fighting is going on. The Bulgarians are in action against the Yugoslavs for the first time. It is reported that they are being compensated for their refusal to fight against the Russians by assisting to subdue the Yugosl avs.
