CHILDREN’S GARDEN CIRCLE
HE ADQI ARTERS OPEMN (« 10-DAY The official opening of the Children's Garden Circle's new headquarters m Bell Street will take place this afternoon. The ceremony will be performed by Mr. Hope Giooons, who gave the land and building to the circle. The building is an old dwelling removed from St. Hill Street. Several business firms assisted with gifts of material. The Children's Garden Circle has a very large membership, and has been established in Wanganui for nine years. Formed to foster in children the love of flowers and gardening, the children are guided by adults. So large has the movement grown thai the children now hold their own flower show. Samples of work will be on view today, when members will give demonstrations at the opening.
