PARTICULARS OF STOCKS TO BE SUPPLIED (P.A.) Wellington. March 19. The Paper (Newsprint) Control Nolice, gazetted to-night, prohibits the sale, loan, delivery or other transfer of newsprint or its removal from the premises in which it is situated without the prior approval of lactory controllers. Owners ot newsprint must, within seven days supply lull particulars ot slocks to’ a lactory controller, to whom importers must supply full particulars within seven days ot when the newsprint is imported. Compliance with the notice may be excused or varied by a factory controller’s consent, which is subject to withdrawal at any time.
