WHAT DO I DO WHEN A LKiHTING WARDEN CALLS AT MY HOME? I receive him most courteously. I listen to what instructions he gives me about my blackout and I put tnom into effect immediately. In a word I try to assist him in the work he is doing, as every good citizen should. Cut this out and keep it.
