OBSERVANCE IN WANGANUI Although alleged laxity in the observance of the licensing laws has been the subject, of complaint by prominent and responsible sitizens in some of the chief centres of New Zealand, there’ does not seem to be ground, in official quarters, for complaint in this respect in Wanganui. According to Inspector J. A.
