Of a family of ten children, two daughters and three sons were present, another son, Harry, being on active service overseas, and four sons, including the late Sergt.-Pilot Matt Coxon, being deceased. His Worship the Mayor was master of ceremonies, assisted by the deputyMayoi'. Congratulatotry telegrams were received from Their Excel |pneies, thr Governor-General, and Lady Newall; the Prime Minister, and friends in various parts of New Zealand. and a cablegram from Harry. The usual toast lisf. was honoured and a very happy evening; was spent.
