BODY FOUND ON BEACH
(Press Assn.) Greymouth, Aug. 10. The body of Mr. Joseph Freitas, aged 60, was found on the beach north of Hokitika yesterday afternoon.
Deceased, who had been gathering wood on the beach, left his home at 10 a.m. and a search in the afternoon revealed the body in a depression some distance from the wateriine. It is assumed he suffered a heart seizure.
