GERMAN WARNING TO NEUTRALS
ATTITUDE TO THE BRITISH BLOCKADE jBERLIN, Deo. 7. Coinciding with the first open admission by the newspapers of the utter failure of the campaign to woo France from Britain, the German Ministry of Propaganda in a statement to the foreign Press, gravely warns neutral countries, and specially Holland, over their attitude to the British blockade of German exports. Neutrals are advised to take active steps against Britain’s new measures. The Ministry expresses amazement that Holland is not arming or convoying ships, and adds: “It is surprising that this strange renunciation of | the freedom of the seas is based on i Holland’s neutrality. This neutrality lon the one hand shows super-sensitive-iness and on the other accents violations of international law. Therefore, .it is scarcely convincing.” i .
