GERMAN-APPOINTED LIQUIDATORS I VALIDITY RULED OUT BY U.S. COURT. Received Dec. 8, 5.30 p.m. NEW YORK. Dec. 7. The Supreme Court ruled that no American court recognise the validity of the claims of German-appointed liquidators of Jewish firms to debts owed by an American. It denied an American firm’s motion for permission to pay court money admittedly owed by an Austrian firm and now claimed by both the ex-members of the firm and the firm's German liquidators.
