RESIGNATION OF CONGRESS GOVERNMENTS
DECEMBER 22 PROCLAIMED BY Ml SLIM PRESIDENT BOMBAY, Dec. 7. The President of the Muslim Leag. e, Mr. M. A. Jinnah, proclaimed December 22 a day of deliverance and thanksgiving as the result of the resignation of eight Congress Governments. "The provincial Governors should investigate the wrongs done to Muslims by the outgoing Ministries,” he said.
