Received Oct. 29, 6.30 p.m. LIMA (Ohio), Oct. 28. Rear-Admiral Byrd’s 35-ton snowcruiser struck a bridge and skidded into a creek. It will be delayed some days on the trip to Boston, where it is joining the Antarctic expedition.
