NEW ADMIRAL ARRIVES MESSAGE FROM MR. CHURCHILL. Received Oct. 29 11.5 p.m. ADELAIDE, Oct. 29. Rear-Admiral John Gregory Crace, the new Admiral of the Australian Navy, has arrived. He brings an encouraging message from Mr. Churchill to the Australian Navy and Australian people: "Tell them to keep their strength up. There is nothing to fear. Britain is full of hope.” Rear-Admiral Crace told interviewers that having come from England, he could personally endorse the First Lord's message.
