The Exchange Telegraph's Lisbon correspondent says the Polish Legation has issued a statement protesting against the suggestion that Poland should renounce the Soviet-occupied territories. "The Polish or other Governments will not recognise a plebiscite carried out under foreign military occupation.” adds the Legation.
