To-night the Wanganui Harriers’ Club will hold a grand opening dance in the Glasgow Street Hall. Dances held by the harriers in the past few years have been popular events with dancers. For this year’s series the Masqueraders' Swing Band has. been engaged to play the music and there will be two Monte Carlos and novelties.

Wedding in India. A Wedding of interest to many Nev Zealand friends took place on Marcl 31 in All Saints' Church, Malaba Hill, Bombay, when Mr. Alan F. I Lusk, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lusk of St. Andrew’s Road, Epsom, Auck land, was married to Miss Sally Eliza beth Bradley, daughter of Mrs. Brad ley and the late Mr. Victor Bradley of Lee, Massachusetts, United States Mr. and Mrs. Lusk are expected t< arrive in Auckland from India oi June 26, Mr. Lusk having six months furlough.
