DOCTORS ATTEND A REFRESHER COURSE
ENGLISH NATIONAL INSURANCE MINISTRY OF HEALTH SCHEME. LONDON, Dec. 3. More than 1100 doctors who are enrolled in the National Health Insurance panel took a fortnight’s refresher course at 16 medical centres throughout England during 1938, which is the first complete year for the working of the scheme, which is designed to keep practitioners abreast of the latest advances in scientific medicine. Next year 1500 doctors will lake these courses which are arranged by the Ministry of Health in consultation with an advisory committee.
