SMALL DECLINE SHOWN FIGURES FOR NOVEMBER LONDON, Jan. 3. The graph money value of retail trade reported for November showed the first decrease recorded for total trade since September 1933. It amounted to 1.3 per cent, compared with November 1937, and the decline was general, except in Scotland. Retail trade employment was 0.4 per cent, greater than a year ago.
