EXISTING MANAGEMENT ENDORSED
HOSPITAL. HARBOUR AND POWER BOARDS COUNTRY MEMBERS ALL ELECTED ’ I All the members representing town and country district areas on the Wanganui Hospital, Harbour and Electric Power Boards have been returned to office unopposed, the inference being that in those localities there is complete endorsement of existing administration. The city area only is demanding a ballot to find its representation for the ensuing three years. The following have been elected to the various boards: Hospital Board. From the Wanganui County, Mr W. E. Broderick (present chairman), from the Waitotara County, Mr R. Farley; from the Rangitikei County, Messrs A. S. Coleman, D. G. Gordon. A. J. B. Sicely and B. D. Simpson; from the combined town districts of Bulls, Hunterville and Mangaweka and the boroughs of Marton and Taihape, Mr T. C. Kincaid; from the Raetihi and Ohakunc and the Waimarino County, Mr J. A. Morton. The four city representatives who are elected on May K, will complete the new board. Harbour Board.
From the Wanganui County, Messrs T. Mitchell and D. Ross; from the Waitotara County, Messrs W. Morrison and R. Farley, six city representatives will be elected on May 11, and, together with the Gove 1 nment representative (Mr D. Dwyer) will complete the full board. Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board. From the Wanganui County. Mi Donald McGregor; rum the Wailotara County, Mr W. Morrison; from the Rangitikei County, Messrs K. W. Dalrymple, R. G. Dalziell and P Munro; from Marton Borough, Mr F. I Purnell (present chairman of the board); Taihape Borough, Mr A. M. Ryan; Huntervile, Mangaweka and Bulls town districts, Mi H. J. D. McManaway. Four city representatives elected on ’May II will complete Lie new board.
