WANGANUI WOMEN’S CLUB
BRIDGE PARTY Bowls of glorious dahlias, P co teas, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas and autumn foliage made bright decorations in the reception room at the Wanganui Women’s Club yesterday afternoon, when the members and their friends enjoyed a well-arranged bridge party. On arrival the guests were welcomed by Mrs H. V. Hammond (president). Afternoon tea made a welcome interval in the games.

Smith, Barton senr., Higgie, Lambert, Oldaker, Collier, McCarthy, Robinson, DrafTin, Shaw, D. Mackintosh, McFadden, Stapleton, J. Blyth, S. Scott, R. Earle, McCosh, Johnson, C. Aitken, Eckett (Auckland), Finlayson; Misses Harrison, Matthews, Cullinane, Cameron, Stares (Auckland), W. Anderson.
