NATIONAL PARTY
WAIMARINO ELECTORATE CANDIDATE SELECTED At a meeting of delegates representing all branches of the National Party in the Waimarino electorate held at Raetihi last evening Mr. C. A. Boles was selected to represent the party to contest the Waimarino seat at the general election. Two other candidates had been nominated, namely Mr. A. Kinnell, of Manunui, and Mr. 11. W. B. Littlewood, of Raetihi. The selection is subject to formal approval by the Dominion executive of the National Partv.
Marked interest was displayed in the meeting, there being an attendance of about 200, 100 of whom were delegates
