BROADBENT HOPES TO CONTINUE Received March 20, 6.30 p.m. BATAVIA, March 19. The Australian aviator, Mr 11. F. Broadbent, who was brought to Bima by a Dutch Navy ’plane, hopes to be. able to continue his flight after exchanging the propeller, which will be ordered from Sourabaya, where he arrived to-day. SALVAGE DIFFICULTIES. Received March 20, 5.5 p.m. BATAVIA, March 19. A Government steamer taking part in the search for Broadbent radioed that the ’plane had been found in the mountains, causing difficulties in salvage. Activities were started immediately.
