SCOTLAND CHAMPIONS DEFEAT OF ENGLAND. Received March 20. 75 .p.m. LONDON, March 19. At Twickenham, in the Rugby International match, Scotland defeated England by 21 to 16 before a record crowd of 70,000, which included King George and Queen Elizabeth. Scotland, with the defeat of Wales, England and Ireland, won the Rugby d’timpionH.ip. Queen Elizabeth, the first English Quen to witness a Rugby International, was obviously delighted with her counirymen’s success, due largely to the failure of the British threequarters, who dropped too many passes.
