SYNOD DISCUSSION 1 Per Press Association. ] DUNEDIN, Oct. 22. The Anglican Synod, discussing military training, passed a resolution, “That Synod believes it to be according to the mind of God for the nation to be sufficiently armed and her manhood sufficiently trained to defend herself and to protect the weak from the strong.”
